            1.    Read Galatians 4:4-5. What do you think Paul means by the phrase "the

                  fulness of time"?

 

             2.    Read Romans 1:18-28. How would you describe the moral condition of Greek

                 and Roman society in the first century? What were some specific examples of

                 the corruption?

 

            3.  Read Acts 17:16-21. What was the religious situation in Greek and Roman

                 society?

 

            4.    Read Luke 7:1-10 and Acts 10:1-43. How were these centurions different

                 from  typical Greeks and Romans? Why do you think they were different?
